We went to a Christmas Eve service at noon today at the Lutheran Church. It was an English service that we found out about through the University. It was odd, as most things are in Finland. They had a 8 person male choir from Zambia. Interesting. We couldn't understand most of the English because of the echo and the English of the speaker through a microphone.
It was nice to walk there and back as it snowed and was snowy everywhere. We arrived back home at 2:30! We decorated our ginger bread houses! Maybe I can get a picture on...
This is last night before the real decorating started.
And this afternoon...
And now we are having pizza for dinner. Candles are lit and we feel festive!
